Password & Login Information

• Sharing your login information with a third party is strictly prohibited.

Account Theft or Unauthorised Access

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately. The account may be temporarily suspended until the investigation is complete. nk111 is not responsible for any loss resulting from the user's own negligence.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same for all methods).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).
• Deposits must be sent from an account registered in the user's own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is not permitted; any such deposit will be returned.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal time: processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.

Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus become withdrawable after wagering 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers required before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Each user may claim each offer only once.
• Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.
• nk111 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once they expire.
• Under the VIP programme, weekly cashback is provided at varying rates for Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers.

Gaming Operation Terms
